Stormy Escape Patch

It was noticed that a game-breaking bug occurred early in the game where the green ores wouldn't spawn (particularly within the water),  making it impossible to finish the game due to a lack of oxygen. This has been fixed in this patch, as well as other minor tweaks.

Full Patch Notes

- Fixed ore and rock spawning issues.

- Flattened terrain that rover struggled to climb with low speed.

 - Increased the speed of the storm from 10 to 25, and increased its initial delay from 5 to 15 seconds.

- Reduced oxygen depletion rate from 2 to 1.5.
